In the chat function in the WellGO platform, your message is sent to all the public health nurses in the health consultation room. They can only see your nickname, so the anonymity is kept. Unless you give your name, the nurse won’t know who you are. An email will be sent to let your company know you sent a message but it won’t show the message itself.
