Garmin data is not synced correctly

Cause 1: There is the possibility you haven’t finished first setup of Garmin Connect yet.
Solution:
Garmin data is NOT synced correctly if you haven’t setup Bluetooth pairing between smartphone and Garmin device.
Try to uninstall/install or logout/login to show and finish first setup of Garmin Connect.

Cause 2: Garmin email specified in WellGo might not match with that of Garmin Connect.
Soltion:
1. Start Garmin Connect
2. Top left menu button > Sign Out
3. Sign in again and check if steps are shown correctly. Then, remember the account email.
4. Start WellGo app. Top right menu > Settings > Lifelog source
5. Turn off Garmin > Turn on again
6. Input above email

Cause 3: Data processing in Garmin may be delayed.
Solution:
Logon Garmin Connect Web and check if your steps are shown correctly.

As WellGp app is getting data via Garmin Web API, data cannot be obtained in that case.
Data processing delay in Garmin is usually solved within 1 day in most cases.
Wait at least some hours without changing settings.
