WellGo offers corporate health management service

Google Fit steps aren’t synced correctly.

WellGo app. doesn’t sync manual-input data to prevent unfair data.
This checklist is to solve problem about syncing device calculating data.

Solution1: Permission
At first, please check if steps is shown on Google Fit.
Refer to the following URL and modify permissions or settings.

Solution2: If you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Please confirm the same Gmail account is specified for both Google Fit and WellGo.
Please refer to the following way to check.
1. Open Google Fit
2. Tap top right icon and check Gmail account used by Google Fit
3. Open WellGo app
4. Tap top right “…” button
5. Select “Setting”
6. Turn off and on “Google Fit”
7. Select your Gmail account the same as Google Fit

Solution3: Re-install
If the problem is not solved by above solutions, please uninstall WellGo app. and install again.
The data is stored in server and not cleared by this operation.
