How can I record sleeping hours and calories burned?
Please take either of the following ways.
(We don’t support manual input.)
1. Supported fitness tracker
Fitbit, Garmin, Xiaomi, and Apple Watch are supported.
2. iPhone users
Bedtime function in Clock app or third party app like “Sleep Meister” can record your sleeping hours and sync to Health.
Please turn on Apple Health in WellGo app in this way.
For the calories burned, as Health cannot calculate it, please use third party app like “Runtastic”.
Please note that third party apps might have non-free functions.
3. Android users
Third party app like “Sleep As Android” can record your sleeping hours and sync to Google Fit.
Please turn on Google Fit in WellGo app in this way.
