How can I record sleeping hours?

Please take either of the following ways.
(We don’t support manual input.)

1. Supported fitness tracker
Fitbit, Garmin, Xiaomi, and Apple Watch are supported.

2. iPhone users
Bedtime function in Clock app or third party app like “Sleep Meister” can record your sleeping hours and sync to Health.
Please turn on Apple Health in WellGo app in this way.
Please note that third party apps might have non-free functions.

3. Android users
Third party app like “Sleep As Android” can record your sleeping hours and sync to Google Fit.
Please turn on Google Fit in WellGo app in this way.

4. Huawei device users
Sleeping hours cannot be synced if HUAWEI TruSleep is not enabled.
To enable TrueSleep, change the following setting.
Start Huawei Health > Devices on the bottom > tap your device name > Health monitoring > HUAWEI TruSleep
Even if you enable it, old sleep records during the setting disabled cannot be synced.
This behavior is due to HUAWEI API spec that WellGo cannot control.
